We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers, assess their needs, and qualify them as potential business opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team with high-quality leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Feedback & Collaboration: Share insights and feedback with the team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Relentless & Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting and exceeding targets.
- Resilient & Adaptable: You don't get discouraged by rejection—you see it as part of the process.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong English skills with minimal accent are a must.
- Fast Learner: You're eager to adapt to new sales techniques and tools.
- Passion for Sales & Growth: You genuinely enjoy selling and want to continuously improve.
- Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10pm-6am PH Time)
