What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Investigate how clients
    actually

run things (spoiler: it's usually chaos)
- Design smarter, faster workflows that put the "pro" in process
- Lead full ERP adventures from awkward introductions to triumphant go-lives
- Collaborate with developers, sales teams, and spreadsheet loyalists alike
- Train users to become ERP champions (or at least stop breaking things)
- Stay involved post-launch to keep systems fresh, functional, and frustration-free

You'll Crush It If You

  • Can translate between "Tech Speak" and "Executive Speak" without a dictionary
  • Have 5+ years of ERP implementation experience (
    extra points for Odoo or NetSuite

)
- Treat tangled workflows like a Sudoku puzzle waiting to be solved
- Stay calm under go-live pressure and can smile through user meltdowns
- Know when to say "That's not in scope" without starting a war
