Job Overview

An ERP Systems Support Specialist is required to maintain and support the Supagas ERP Systems nationally for both corporate and branch users.

  • The successful candidate will work as part of the ERP team to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP systems and related applications across departments.
  • Responsibilities include providing application support to users via service desk tickets, phone, and email.
  • Troubleshooting issues and escalating unresolved items as appropriate.
  • Administering and maintaining user access, security roles, and permissions in accordance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in ERP or business application support and familiarity with ERP modules, including Accounts Receivable, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Orders, Inventory, and Purchase Orders. A strong analytical mind and problem-solving ability, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
