ERP Support Specialist

This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can provide top-notch support to our ERP system users.

  • Maintain and support Supagas ERP Systems, including Pronto and Ignition, and the Driver App nationally for Corporate and Branch users.
  • Collaborate with the ERP team to ensure seamless system functionality and user experience.
  • Embody a customer-centric approach in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
  • Achieve high-quality Level 2 functional ERP support by responding to service desk tickets, calls, and user queries in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues, identify root causes, and resolve or escalate as necessary.
  • Liaise with ERP vendors and internal IT teams to coordinate system fixes, improvements, and support cases.
  • Perform functional configuration, master data updates, and changes to support business processes and operational requirements.
  • Administer user access, security roles, and permissions in accordance with internal controls and security policies.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of system changes, upgrades, and patches to ensure error-free deployments.
  • Support the documentation of standard operating procedures, issue resolutions, and training guides.
