We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our teams in a fully remote position that plays a vital role in coordinating all aspects of the bid process. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and strong communicator who can manage bid packages, coordinate and track proposals from initiation to submission, ensure all estimate packages include vendor quotes, subcontractor bids, takeoffs, specifications, and scope clarifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid Package Management
  • Coordinate and track bid proposals from initiation to submission
  • Ensure all estimate packages include vendor quotes, subcontractor bids, takeoffs, specifications, and scope clarifications
  • Organize files for review and maintain consistent folder structures
  • Solicit and track supplier and subcontractor pricing
  • Maintain and update a contact database with key partners
  • Ensure all quotes are documented and properly saved for reference
  • Collaborate on bid deadlines and scheduling
  • Assist with software tracking and document management
  • Generate summary reports and maintain a bid calendar

The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and be familiar with estimating tools. Experience in construction or engineering is preferred but not required.

This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail is essential for success in this position.
