Job Title: Senior Proposal Development Specialist

Job Description:

Lead the development of high-quality proposals to secure engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. Manage end-to-end tender processes, coordinate technical experts, and oversee technical and financial components of submissions.

  • Develop and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness with internal teams.
  • Track pipelines, forecast deadlines, and support pre-positioning with business development teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage senior stakeholders.
