Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Learn our account management systems and utilize the latest customer service techniques
- Improve the customer's experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess the following qualities:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of Windows OS
- Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability

This role involves sitting/standing for long periods, using computers and phones, and occasional movement around the office. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
