Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role; contact center experience a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and adaptability skills
