
Business Development Representative

We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to support our client's operations in the United States.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointment settings and fostering strong relationships with U.S.-based prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential clients to set up meetings with senior leadership.
- Qualify leads and effectively communicate our business offerings.
- Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in a CRM or spreadsheet system.
- At least one year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls with discipline and resilience.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with prospects.
