Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, software implementation, and team leadership.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and delivering complex projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects with different requirements and priorities
  • Gain thorough knowledge of our product and organization to ensure alignment and added value
  • Deliver complex projects in a timely manner, covering the required scope
  • Continuously evolve project management capabilities, increasing the complexity of projects undertaken
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the company and with customers
  • Coordinate with customers to define project methodologies and plans, and agree on communication guidelines
  • Create project plans in agreement with customers and identify critical paths
  • Provide regular project status reports
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks and delays
  • Verify that the project is within scope
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A university degree
  • Availability to work during standard business hours
