Job Overview

The Senior Implementation Strategist plays a critical role in leading Workday implementation projects, providing end-to-end strategic leadership from solution design to delivery. This position requires a senior Workday expert who partners with pursuit teams and acts as a trusted advisor during the sales process.

Main responsibilities include partnering with sales teams, developing effort estimations, guiding the transition from sales to delivery, and ensuring solution integrity. The Senior Implementation Strategist must also collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Implementation Strategist leads functional solution design, provides quality assurance oversight, drives key client sessions, and mentors junior team members. This role also promotes continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of actual implementation experience.
  • Strong Workday implementation experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
