This is a key role that involves planning, managing and implementing ERP systems to meet the needs of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define project plans and timelines.
  • Analyze client business processes, especially accounting and finance workflows, and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Provide guidance to clients throughout data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Assist with large data migrations and reconciliations from various systems.
  • Facilitate connections between client systems and integration partners.
  • Document project progress and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in implementing ERP or other accounting software.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
  • Background in SaaS or technology startups is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical teams is essential.
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition is a plus.
  • Able to work standard US hours from Monday to Friday.
