ERP Project Coordinator Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an ERP Project Coordinator, where you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects.

As an ERP Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager, serving as a secondary client contact, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

Job Description:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
