Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and successfully executed.

Your primary responsibilities will include planning and scheduling project work orders, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, reviewing work orders for completeness, tracking and closing out work order tickets, submitting completed work orders for billing, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to monitor the performance of work orders, communicate proactively with customers, and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with team members
  • Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
