Guest Services Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless and memorable stays for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to guest inquiries and communications via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Effectively resolve guest issues, ensuring satisfaction through empathetic and solution-focused approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including cleaning and maintenance, to maintain high standards of service.
- Accurately update reservations and communicate changes to guests and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with short-term rental platforms, such as Airbnb and VRBO, to resolve channel-specific issues.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with short-term rental property management systems, including Guesty or similar software.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, even under pressure.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
