Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Coordinator. This role will be responsible for handling front-line and back-office HR operations, ensuring the execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
