Purchasing and Accounts Expert

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Accounts Expert to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounts management. You will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools. Your exceptional organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

As a Purchasing and Accounts Expert, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement & Purchasing: Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Evaluate suppliers, maintain strong relationships, and oversee contract agreements.
  • Order Processing: Handle purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and manage inventory tracking.
  • Accounts Management: Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and financial transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align purchasing decisions with business needs.
