Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training sessions or serve as a Subject Matter Expert in PDCA, 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, and other technical topics as needed.
  • Create training modules and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with peers across departments to address and resolve organizational issues and concerns.
  • Deliver technical training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year degree program.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical training with a minimum of 2 years delivering training related to technical courses.
  • Proficient in Training Needs Analysis, Competency Assessment, and Performance Management.
  • Capable of facilitating training sessions or serving as a Subject Matter Expert in PDCA, 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, and other technical topics.
  • Skilled in creating training modules and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for teaching.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers across various departments within the organization.
