Job Description

This is a dynamic role that plays a vital part in driving customer success throughout the implementation process. As a Data Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality, and resolution of configuration data issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure that system configurations are accurate, complete, and meet customer requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers and internal teams on all aspects of implementation, including configuration, data quality, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Implementation Consultants and customer support team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance the implementation experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification, or 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system, as well as proficiency in processing and reviewing large data sets.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
