We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting our solo legal practice specializing in estate planning and related services.

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone.

  • Review existing open files and convert them into structured projects
  • Build and maintain internal status review documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
