Project Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project lead to support a legal practice specializing in estate planning and related services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Review all existing open files and convert them into structured projects, identifying key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  2. Build and maintain internal status review documentation to track progress and ensure accountability.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively delivering file updates with a consistent communication cadence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Planning Experience: Recent hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Administrative Background: Demonstrated experience in project management, office administration, or operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
