Job Summary:
The Channel Manager is responsible for driving business results from the specific channel assigned, including but not limited to ATM and CAM. He/she develops strategies to improve profitability, lower cost-to-serve, enhance customer experience, and increase customer acquisition and retention. He/she manages operational and fraud losses related to the channel, coordinates with other segment leads and business units to address self-service channel requirements, and contributes to defining strategic directions for the channel, ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry, and internal standards.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed business results for the assigned channels, including usage volumes, fee generation, profitability, lower cost to serve, and OTC transaction migration where applicable.
- Process and review PADCOM documents and ATM Agreements for ATM onlining and installation requests.
- Ensure accurate and compliant processing of contract renewals and terminations for existing clients.
- Review and monitor ATM lease payments and security deposits for accuracy and compliance.
- Process and endorse CCAM Daily retrieval reports, monthly billing, and other ATM-related reports.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of ATM/CAM scorecards, performance dashboards, ALCO, BSP, ATM attribution, and related reports.
- Plan and budget for ATM/CAM terminal acquisitions and deployments in collaboration with other units.
- Evaluate and propose performance improvements for ATM/CAM terminals to maximize usage and fee generation.
- Manage ATM/CAM/CCAM movements such as delivery, pullout, relocation, and swapping.
- Coordinate ATM/CAM/CCAM reassessment processes to ensure security updates are implemented as needed.
- Perform other functions as assigned.
- Focus on channel profitability, customer experience, and compliance with regulations and internal controls.
- Apply technological knowledge, sales and marketing skills, process improvement, and strategic thinking.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
