
Technical Support Representative

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-growing SaaS company that automates work, enforces standards, and proves compliance for its global customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. This includes responding to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects, advising customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs, and tracking customer interactions in Salesforce.
As a key member of the Customer Support & Success team, you will pass customer feedback and challenges to Engineering, Product, and Executive teams. You will also assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand the product functionality, serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers, and assist our Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects
- Advising customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs
- Tracking customer interactions in Salesforce
- Assisting prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand the product functionality
- Serving as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers
- Assisting our Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in SaaS
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English
- Ability to pay attention to details and remember everything you do can improve the customer's experience
- Growth mentality and self-motivated approach to learning and development
- Love working with technology, with experience with Intercom and Salesforce a plus
