Job Title:

Customer Service Advisor

Our customer service advisors play a critical role in ensuring exceptional support and resolution of routine problems regarding client products or services. They interface with customers via various communication channels, demonstrate empathy while building rapport, and maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using decision-support tools and resources
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff
Candidate Profile:
  • High school diploma with relevant experience preferred
  • Courteous with a strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, including flexibility and adaptability
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently
  • Patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant tone and manner
