Expert Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
This role involves managing daily workloads through an incident tracking system, recording problem resolutions in a knowledge management system and providing first-level technical assistance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering or Mechatronics with at least one year of technical experience.
Previous experience in customer-service roles is highly valued as well as excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential for this position.
In addition, proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel is required.
This role may involve working on shifting schedules including night shifts and the opportunity to work from home subject to business requirements and employee performance.
Besides these responsibilities, the successful candidate must be able to synthesize internal and external feedback turning it into actionable items, supporting teams and projects that deliver solutions and address issues for our clients.
