Job Overview

We are a partner-driven organization with extensive experience in Workday deployment.

As an AMS Workday Certified Benefits Consultant, you will provide strategic support to clients by delivering innovative solutions and effective implementation strategies.

You will be responsible for gathering client business requirements, designing and configuring Workday solutions, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workday Expertise: Provide expertise in Workday HCM product suite, specifically in U.S. Benefits.
  • Project Lead/Coach: Lead client projects or coach others to successfully gather and document business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.
  • Data Conversion: Work with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Integration Consulting: Assist integration consulting teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party solutions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on team-based projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday Certification: Current Workday Benefits Certification.
  • HCM/Benefits Experience: 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Consulting Experience: Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated project management experience deploying multiple HCM/Benefits projects simultaneously.
  • HCM/Benefits Functional Experience: Functional experience in HCM/Benefits areas.
  • Customer Service: Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Timely Management: Ability to manage against timelines and goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business Analysis: Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
