Job Description

As a customer-facing professional, the Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding clients through the onboarding process. This involves managing client interactions, providing exceptional service, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing phone, email, and text outreach to clients, following up with them consistently to ensure their setup is completed smoothly. They will also need to respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, providing high-quality support and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer support and troubleshooting assistance to new clients
  • Performing phone, email, and text outreach to clients in setup
  • Following up consistently with clients in setup to address any roadblocks
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with clients
