Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

This position is perfect for someone who is detail-driven and has a passion for recruitment. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated and accurate
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience required
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
