Job Description:

You will manage the initiation, development, and implementation of site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates. You will also create and maintain necessary materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Implement and enforce development team's guidelines and processes
  • Create and execute TL and TM development training
  • Maintain all relevant training materials and documents
  • Ensure training provided is aligned with specific campaign and broader business objectives
