Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management system.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Audit and Compliance
  • Verify the accuracy of inventory records, including retagging, markdown memo, and price inspection.
  • Collect and properly dispose of sold in-house barcodes.
Stockroom Management
  • Inspect the arrangement, labeling, and cleanliness of the stockroom.
  • Filing of used documents and official memos is ensured.
  • Hangers, supplies, and bargain boxes are organized.
  • Reports damaged and lost tag items to the Marketing Department.
People and Customer Service
  • Ensure compliance with grooming and uniform standards for Fashion Consultants.
  • Evaluate customer service standards, greetings, communication, and suggestive selling.
Operations and Reporting
  • Branch Administration
    • Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures.
    • Manage barcode stickers for outlets within this role.
    • Transmit documents to head office via courier service provider.
    • Comply with delivery and pullout procedures.
    • Closely monitor deliveries for confirmation.
    • Count and collect account receivables.
    • Provide training on policies, customer service, visual display, and stockroom standards.
    • Assist in the screening and recruitment of Fashion Consultants.
    • Replace busted bulbs and other supplies.
  • Store Visit Reports and Pictures
    • Submit store visit reports and pictures regularly.
    • Submit accomplished markdown memo (retagging form) every cut-off.
    • Submit accounting-related documents.
    • Notify Head Office of unusual activities detrimental to company interests.
Maintenance and Merchandising
  • Implement visual display directives properly.
  • Ensure stock replenishment in the selling area.
  • Report the condition of modules, hangers, and bargain boxes.
Liaison and Support
  • Identify potential sites and submit pictures as requested.
  • Follow up on approval of perspective and permits.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with department stores' officials and owners.
  • Assist in the physical transfer of stocks approved by Head Office.
Other Tasks
  • Perform tasks related to Retail Operations as required.
