Training Development Specialist

The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications to meet enterprise requirements and operational needs.

Key responsibilities include managing site-wide initiatives and campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates, creating materials to maximize task mastery and personal development, designing Team Leader and Teammate development training, and maintaining training materials and documents.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of managerial experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in using Google and MS Office applications.

This role offers a unique opportunity to explore departmental and campaign needs, develop training materials as needed, and propose and publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives.

As a Training Development Specialist, you will work closely with Operations Director, Operations Manager, and US counterparts to ensure quality standards and adapt training materials to different audiences.

  • Manage project implementation from start to finish.
  • Design and implement employee development plans.
  • Develop technical yet engaging training content.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.
