Financial Data Specialist and Trainer

We seek a highly skilled QuickBooks Certified professional to manage financial data using QuickBooks software, develop training materials, and conduct workshops to enhance staff proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff members to achieve QuickBooks certifications
  • Create engaging training resources to assist staff in mastering QuickBooks software
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve staff skills
  • Provide expert guidance to staff on preparing for and successfully completing QuickBooks certification exams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to financial data or software usage
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates in QuickBooks software and provide recommendations for implementation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting
  • Valid QuickBooks certification
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience training staff on QuickBooks software and helping them achieve certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus
