Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
Your Go to Recruiter is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update customer details and maintain accurate records
- Prepare quotations and job orders for in-house accounts, ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinate sales projects and communicate important information to relevant teams
- Maintain records, reports, and minutes of meetings
- Facilitate requisition and administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization and time management skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits:
