Business Operations Coordinator

Your Go to Recruiter is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Quezon City. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of P18,000 - P20,000 per month.
Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing administrative tasks and supporting various functions within the company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: Manage the warehouse inventory effectively, accurately, and safely through good inventory practices, guidelines, and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the organization by assisting with reports, purchase of items, payments, record-keeping, customer service, and other administrative work.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management, logistics, or any business-related course.
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City.
- Ability to work on weekends or holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
