Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to join our team at Professional Placement Center.
About the Role:
- Update customer details
- Prepare quotation and job orders for in-house accounts
- Issue DR, other documents and prepare items for delivery
- Coordinate sales projects
- Make reports and minutes of the meeting
- Prepare monthly physical inventory report
- Facilitate requisition
- Administrative support
- Maintaining records
- Communicate important information
- Liaising with other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Estimated Salary: Php 16,770.00 - 22,000.00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent administrative support, we encourage you to apply for this role.
