Technical Support Representative

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused technical support representatives to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for a variety of clients across industries. As a technical support representative, you will respond to technical inquiries, resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guide users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

  • Strong proficiency in English is required.
  • Prior call center experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  3. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.
  7. Follow company protocols and security guidelines when handling sensitive information.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience.
  9. Meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous call center experience is necessary.
  • Work from home experience is beneficial.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is beneficial.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up is essential.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
