New Business Development Specialist Role

We are seeking an ambitious New Business Development Specialist to drive growth through proactive lead sourcing and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a deep understanding of client needs, leveraging established templates and playbooks to identify new business opportunities.
  • Craft compelling value propositions to educate prospects on our solutions and enhance brand recognition.
  • Ensure seamless brand representation across all engagements, upholding high standards of professionalism.
  • Rigorously qualify leads within set frameworks, ensuring effective routing and progression.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to analyze daily activities, report on sales performance, and drive improvement in outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B experience in an SDR, BDR, or sales role at a software (SaaS) or technology company.
  • A proven track record of success in software or technology sales, consistently exceeding key performance indicators and success metrics.
  • The ability to empathize with customer pain points and articulate meaningful value.
  • A keen sense of quickly understanding customer needs and connecting them with suitable solutions.

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
