Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the direct liaison between assigned operations teams and area/country sea teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report key operational performance KPIs and results to ensure committed service levels are met.
  • Collaborate with responsible country/cluster regarding operational improvement projects.
  • Act as a direct liaison between assigned operations teams and requisite area/country sea OCC-teams.
  • Continuously seek updates on standardization and efficiency improvement projects from process excellence and continuous improvement team.
  • Collaborate with other business partners for best practices and trends.
Steering and Project Management
  • Plan and coordinate rollout activities for agreed tasks with countries/clusters/hemispheres.
  • Work with countries/clusters/hemispheres to identify further potentials and increase usage/penetration.
Monitoring and Analysis
  • Drive migrations by proactively monitoring milestones and reporting progress as agreed.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g. utilization/performance/volumes/migrations) as required.
Communication
  • Report progress and escalation in a standard formatted document.
  • Compare task performances across countries in a standard document format.
