We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch department.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. You will be responsible for coordinating all dispatches within the Support Department to customer locations.
  2. You will create and send work orders to assign technicians to specific tasks.
  3. You will receive and process completed work orders in a timely manner.
  4. You will respond to phone calls and emails from customers and colleagues.
  5. You will assign cases according to established company procedures.
  6. You will update dashboards and monitor queues for new work assignments.
  7. You will process subcontractor invoices and update relevant case records.
  8. You will maintain accurate account records and contact information.
Requirements:
  1. You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or a related field.
  2. You must be able to learn and comprehend technical language.
  3. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. You must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
