In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive member engagement, increase transactions, and unlock new revenue opportunities. You'll work closely with our marketing, data analytics, product, and technology teams to develop win-win collaborations that benefit both Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. and our partners.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with brands participating in the Go Rewards program. You'll engage with stakeholders in partner organizations to identify growth opportunities and develop joint strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Partnership Leads to ensure they collaborate effectively with coalition partners and internal teams in developing campaigns/activities that support acquisition, retention, upsell, and win-back KPIs.
  • Design and implement cross-partner campaigns to increase member and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to develop mechanisms that amplify partner promotions, creating more value and better ROI.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills are essential, along with a track record of securing and managing high-impact partnerships.
