As the Assistant Director for Partnerships at Data Analytics Ventures Inc. (DAVI), you play a critical role in building and managing relationships with brands participating in the Go Rewards loyalty program and ensure delivery of value proposition and benefits to the partners. You will develop and execute strategies that maximize member engagement with the partners, increase transactions, and unlock new opportunities for revenue generation.

This role requires engagement with stakeholders in the partner organization to identify and realize growth opportunities within the program, define joint objectives to build engagement and ensure that program data, insights, and channels are used appropriately to support partner objectives.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, data analytics, product, and technology—to develop win-win collaborations that create value for both DAVI and its partners. You will also lead and mentor a team of Partnership Officers and Leads.

Responsibilities – How will you do this?Team Management
  • Manage Partnership Leads to ensure that they proactively collaborate with coalition partners and internal teams (eg. Marketing and Data) in developing campaigns/activities that support acquisition, retention, upsell, and win-back KPIs, with the objective of hitting Go Rewards membership, engagement, and revenue growth targets;
Partner Management
  • Engage with the Partner leadership team on an ongoing basis to understand key business objectives and develop joint strategic roadmap within the program.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cross-partner campaigns to increase member and partner engagement.
  • Effectively persuade partners to provide compelling incentives that attract members and lead them to aspire for high-value tiers (eg. Black Card).
  • Work with Product and Data teams in developing and implementing mechanisms to amplify partners' promos (eg. app recommender system), creating more value and better ROI that will encourage partners to continuously invest in more incentives for members.
  • Work closely with the DAVI Data Analytics team to identify key business areas where program data insights can add value and execute plans to realize those opportunities with the partners.
  • Work with the relevant departments (eg. Legal, Finance, Tech, and Data) in onboarding and managing partners (such as establishing data sharing agreements, negotiating/executing commercial terms).
To be successful, you'll need
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in loyalty programs, fintech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams, with strong people management and coaching skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of securing and managing high-impact partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze partnership performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively across teams and with senior executives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating contracts that drive value for all parties.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operationalizing partnership strategies.
