As a seasoned IT professional, you have the opportunity to take on a challenging role in our organization. This position involves overseeing day-to-day cloud administration with a focus on security, user access and management, server management, and infrastructure setup.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administration of cloud services including Azure Entra ID, IAM, Security Groups, Enterprise App SSO configurations (SAML, OAuth, conditional access), Monitor, Log Analytics, and alert/action group tuning.
  • Administer and support hybrid environments including Active Directory (FSMO, DNS, GPO), VMware vSphere (host and storage integration, snapshots, HA/DRS), SAN/NAS and cloud storage operations.
  • Implement and support remote monitoring and patching workflows including patch orchestration and remote support utilities.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their IT needs and implement solutions that meet those needs.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience in a Microsoft cloud-focused infrastructure role.
  • At least 5 years experience in VMware vSphere and hybrid storage environments.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service workflows.
  • Security-focused with a strong understanding of the principle of least privilege.
  • Excellent communication and documentation discipline.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and project-capable.
