We are seeking a seasoned IT Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep experience in cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure and M365.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimising cloud and hybrid environments that support financial trading operations. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Operations
  • Provide L1/L2 support for cloud and on-prem systems, including Azure VMs, storage, and networking.
  • Maintain system health, perform patching, backups, and configuration reviews.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in financial services or trading environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, and HCI.
  • Familiarity with Citrix, Active Directory, Windows Server, and backup systems.
  • Experience with endpoint protection, threat analysis (CrowdStrike/Defender), and IT monitoring tools.
  • Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
