We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and qualifying leads. You will also work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Explain complex product features in a clear and concise way
  • Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process
  • Follow up with warm leads to convert opportunities into sales
  • Provide post-sale support to customers

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven role
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage customer journeys
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong data and admin skills
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and remote work software
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
