About the Role

We're looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. This role involves assisting customers through voice, chat, and email channels, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent service experience.
  • Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and process changes.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably handling voice, chat, and email support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Iloilo City, Philippines.
