We are seeking a proactive and results-driven German-Speaking Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging in meaningful conversations, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your ability to communicate fluently in German and English will be crucial in building rapport and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients in German and English.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and interactions.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversion rates.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide relevant information about our services/products.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
