The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong sense of self-awareness with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through every interaction.
- Offer resolution on the first interaction with the caller.
- Provide quality results with every interaction in a timely manner.
- Collect and gather all necessary information for review.
- Cross-train with other communication platforms if needed.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Remain patient and composed even in high-pressure situations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and deliver exceptional results.
- Meet established performance targets for quality and volume completed hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment (Preferred).
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers in daily functions.
- Exceptional customer service and active listening skills.
- Able to work on shifting schedules and maintain strong time management.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
