We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in growing our global network of recruitment partners.

Job Description

This is a fast-paced sales-driven environment where you will have the opportunity to talk to people, turn conversations into results, and drive impact through education.

  • You will be responsible for managing and growing a global portfolio of recruitment agencies.
  • You will source and sign new agents in strategic international markets.
  • You will conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications.
  • You will travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • You will monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
