We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to support our sales growth across the global region. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who are passionate about sales, SaaS, and HR Tech, and who want to gain hands-on experience in business development.
You will work closely with our senior sales team, learning the fundamentals of lead generation, client outreach, and CRM management while contributing to real-world projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have a growth mindset. Prior experience in sales or marketing is not mandatory but preferred.
As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying potential leads through online platforms, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Assisting the sales team with outreach via emails, calls, and social media.
- Scheduling meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
- Supporting in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
- Updating and maintaining accurate lead information in CRM systems.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns.
- Gain product knowledge of our HR Tech solutions to confidently communicate value.
- Levelling ChatGPT and AI tools to draft personalized outreach messages, conduct research on prospects and industries, prepare summaries, reports, and meeting notes, generate creative ideas for campaigns and pitches, and contribute to achieving team targets and sales pipeline development.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- High energy, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of Customer Success Management (CSM) principles such as relationship management, client support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
