We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to drive business growth and build strong relationships with key clients.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the client's needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and preferences and developing solutions to meet them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
